QVC pals night out, and sneaky peeks!

Happy 40th last weekend, to our lovely mate and superb tech presenter James Murden. We had the most fabulous weekend down in Chipping Sodbury, and picked Ali Keenan up on the way. We ended up visiting James’s sweet shop as well which is opposite the town hall in the High Street!

Not only did we have a marvellous night of entertainment and camaraderie, but a really funny breakfast the next day with Alex and Craig there as well.

It was so lovely to spend time with everybody and a good time was had by all. There was a brilliant tribute act who did Pink, and a 90s style band, great food and company. Thanks to James for a very special evening and hope he had a fabulous birthday week.

SNIPPETS

Portrait Shoot time!

This week I also had a new portrait shoot, and great fun it was too, look out for some of the new pictures of all of us appearing on the website at some stage.

Here’s a little teaser, I always feel quite awkward doing things like this but the team behind the scenes made it very easy.

Nicky Natter

Another week another lunch, and another catch up. Lovely friend Nicky, ex sister-in-law, met me in the garden centre near dad‘s grave for catch up and I had a lot to tell her as you are probably starting to gather! Always a pleasure to catch up with friends and family.

Brighton Sea Walk

Regulars will know, I love walking by the sea and I managed to fit in a trip to Brighton Christmas shopping as well as a lovely brisk walk by the ocean near the pier! Got some lovely shots as well! Nothing like it.

Exclusive – on this week’s newsletter (sign up to get yours in the inbox every weekend), the exclusive content is mum and sis meeting someone very special.

Watch – We watched ‘Frequency’ with Jim Caviezel and Dennis Quaid, and it’s one of my top 10 movies ever! See it on catch up if you can!

Meanwhile, here’s something from Leanne Stott, one of our Christmas helpers at QVC, with something she did last year (she does stand-up comedy, are you surprised!) Well done, Leanne, a taste of Christmas for you, well it is December! (See it here).

Blooper/Funny – Omg soooooo good!! (See it here).

And this from Jackie made me smile! (See it here).

Vlog – for the first time I did my #Thursdaybantz live from Sussex! My lovely ‘friend’ from Morden Farm Middle School cooked me dinner and we spent an afternoon Christmas shopping on Thursday… (it’s all going terribly well… 😉). (See it here).

Book of the Week – I can’t believe my luck – suddenly in my audible app, up pops one of my favourite authors. Yes, Lee child is back with another Reacher classic! Exit Strategy sees Reacher our favourite nomad ex-military cop, mixed up in a case of mistaken identity. Really enjoying it as ever! Highly recommended!

QVC TOP DEALS FOR THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS

By the way ‘refer a friend’ has gone up from £10 to £15! Just look it up on our website. Refer a new customer and that friend will get a £15 voucher. Once they’ve placed their order the referrer will also get their next £15 off (shop over £40)!

Friday (today) – go to qvcuk.com and search ‘today’s special value’ to see and buy what’s left of Monsoon Margo embroidered and velvet trim blouse.

Saturday – Lee Hohbein is delighted to bring you the latest ‘click free’ offer – the 128 GB photo and video backup device, with AI editing which means you can revamp old photographs et cetera! Please don’t miss it.

Very simply it’s a device that you plug into your phone/tablet/computer (after downloading the free Clickfree app) and then it automatically COPIES (backs up) all your pics, videos and contacts to the device (when you do subsequent backups it only looks for the new stuff). It’s really clever and this brand new (and exclusive to QVC) version now has “pass through charging” to allow your device to stay on charge whilst the backup takes place.

If that wasn’t enough there’s also loads of amazing (and easy to use) AI features in the app that allows the user to do cool things like repairing old pics, colourising, etc. it even lets you scan actual photos with the app and bring them back to life. DON’T MISS!

Sunday – my favourite hair styling device is back with a today’s special value, the Dyson air wrap this time is the ID ceramic pink with case and chitosan serum. It’s gonna be hard to resist getting a new one!
