  • Grandbaby update for June and a fab summer book to read!

Grandbaby update for June and a fab summer book to read! Look at this adorable little girl! What a fabulous pic and it's now my screen saver! I'm going to be looking after her most Fridays through the summer - in the run up to my daughter having her first baby as well, in September. I don't know - no grandchildren last Christmas, and two by next Christmas! Yay! She is so funny and loves being 'poggered' up - such a gorgeous baby. I'm only allowed to post one update a month, as she's not a…

Sunny Cyprus - exclusive pics! And puppydog puppydog where have you been - to see the Queen! I'm currently writing this from my hotel room overlooking Protaras beach in sunny Cyprus- according to the thermometer on the hotel wall it's 33 degrees sunny, to be exact! So I thought I'd mention a few things that I've loved about my annual summer holiday this year. Firstly - when the sun went in! As you'll know from previous blogs, including this one from last June all about my rare genetic 'thing' called EPP, I can't stay in the sun. So when a rare overcast…

    susan -
so so glad you guys are loving my first novel - you know what it's like - putting your precious offspring into a 'bouncing baby competition' and waiting to hear whether people smile or sneer! V Chuffed the way it's been received and thanks so much for the amazon review as well - 70 out of 75 so far! Very pleased!

I am an avid reader and loved this book ! Considering this is Debbie's first attempt I thought it was amazing. The intrigue, suspense, (and the steamy parts) were definitely well written. I am now looking forward to more books from this author. I couldn't put this down until I had read the last page. Well done ! You are an amazing lady.

Debbie. Absolutely loved the book. The characters sprang to life right from the start. Couldn't put it down and was sad when I finished it!

I can't wait for the next part of Mac & Sadie's story

Well done you - a glittering literary career to follow!

    Hi Debbie
Well what a great weekend I have just had reading your first novel. Started it at Midnight on Sat/Sun & read the Epilogue this morning.
I have never read a book so quickly (am a bit slow as sometimes I have to reread) and to be honest I do not read as much as I should do these days.
I thought the storyline was absolutely brilliant and the characters charming except for naughty Alexis. Loved Mac and Sadie, think Mac was my favourite although he was a bit naughty at times. I thought there was just the right amount of humour in it to make light hearted. The steamy bits were hot but we were all looking forward to them nothing offensive about them. I did guess that Mac knew all about Sadie but not how. I must admit I had a good cry when I finished as I love a happy ending. It was really well written Debbie and hope that you will start writing another one very soon. As I have also previously said on FB loved the presentation of the book especially how the writing was spaced out, some books are just so hard to read when you get to my age and that puts me off big time. The story had me hooked and it is true try and put it down once you have started nigh on impossible. Well done Debs hope it is a big big success for you. Will now go and put a review on Amazon for you. Tried your link from your blog for a picture but it didn't work. Any idea I could PM you on FB anyway thanks for the great read and here's to many more. Lots of Love Jan xxx

Wow! Debs I've just finished your book! Brilliant! I got the e books, but will have to revert to paperback, as I had a couple of frustrating moments when my iPad closed down in the middle of some good bits! Took me longer to read than a book would, but well worth it in the end. Just loved the book, very addictive!
Brilliantly written and with an interesting business angle. Kept me on the edge for hours! Well done you!
